Air-Source Heat Pump
Rebates
- ENERGY STAR Air-Source Heat Pump – $300 per ton
- ENERGY STAR Hybrid Air-Source Heat Pump (gas backup) – $400 per ton
- ENERGY STAR Cold Climate Air-Source Heat Pump – $500 per ton
- ENERGY STAR Cold Climate Hybrid Air-Source Heat Pump (gas backup) – $600 per ton
- ENERGY STAR or ENERGY STAR Cold Climate Mini-Split Air-Source Heat Pump – $200 per ton (used as supplemental/added capacity such as sunroom)
Please note that Corridor Energy Cooperative no longer has rebates for Air Conditioners (program ended 12/31/2021).

Application

- Heat Pump Rebate
- Supplemental Mini-Split Heat Pump Rebate
- Mini-Splits being installed as the primary heating source (whole-house mini-split system) will qualify as ENERGY STAR ($300/ton) or ENERGY STAR Cold Climate ($500/ton) if the existing heating source is electric. If the previous heating source was/is gas, the rebate will be $200/ton unless the member installs Heat Plus. The Heat Pump Rebate form should be used for whole-house mini-split systems.

Heat Pump Dryer
Rebates
- ENERGY STAR heat pump clothes dryer – $150 per unit

- ENERGY STAR Induction Cooktop/Stove – $75 per unit
- Offer is limited to one (1) Induction Cooktop/stove per service address. Bill credit will be applied for all rebates less than $500.00.

Level II EV Charger
Residential Rebates
- 50% of total cost (charger and installation), up to $175 maximum.
- Must submit charger invoice and installation invoice (self-installs accepted; submit receipts/invoice for materials purchased).
- Must be a Level II charger requiring a 240/208 volt input supply.
- For members who are on Rate 11TOD, 12TOD, 13TOD – single phase, residential or small commercial.
- Primary location of the charging unit must be served by Corridor Energy Cooperative.
- Offer is limited to one (1) Level II EV Charger per service address. Requires 240/208 volt input supply. Bill credit will be applied for all rebates less than $500.00. Member must own an EV to be eligible for a rebate. Replacement equipment is not eligible for a rebate.
Fleet Rebates
- $500 per charger.
- Must submit charger invoice and installation invoice (self-installs accepted; submit receipts/invoice for materials purchased).
- Must be a Level II charger requiring a 240/208 volt input supply.
- For members who are on Rate 3MCOM – multi-phase, small commercial.
- Primary location of the charging unit must be served by Corridor Energy Cooperative.
- Offer is limited to four (4) Level II EV Charger per service address. Requires 240/208 volt input supply. Bill credit will be applied for all rebates less than $500.00. Replacement equipment is not eligible for a rebate.

Rebate – $2000 per home

- EV Level II Charger or EV Ready Home
- Home Energy Rating System (HERS) score of 60 or less
- Signed copy of the pre-construction/design assist HERS report submitted prior to starting construction.
- Signed copy of the final HERS report once construction is completed.

- $300/unit. Offer is limited two (2) ERV/HRV per service address. Bill credit will be applied for all rebates less than $500.00.
- Must serve the entire conditioned space of the home
- Must be HVI certified

Water Heaters
Rebate
- ENERGY STAR Hybrid Electric Heat Pump Water Heater – $600/unit
- ENERGY STAR Hybrid Electric Heat Pump Water Heater (replacing natural gas or propane) – $700/unit
- Offer is limited to two (2) Heat Pump Water Heaters per service address. Bill credit will be applied for all rebates less than $500.00.
- **Heat Pump Water Heaters that are replacing another Heat Pump Water Heater are not eligible for rebate for 10 years from the original Heat Pump Water Heater installation date.

Pool Pump and Water Heater Timers
Rebate
- Pool Pump Timer – up to 50% of the total cost with a maximum rebate amount of $50.
- Member must have an electric pool pump at the time of installation to qualify.
- Water Heater Timer – up to 50% of the total cost with a maximum rebate amount of $50.
- Member must have an electric water heater at the time of installation to qualify. Heat Pump Water Heaters are not eligible for the rebate.
- Limit 1 Pool Pump Timer and 1 Water Heater Timer per service address.

Multifamily Properties
This rebate applies to multifamily properties with 5 or more units.
Notify Corridor Energy Cooperative prior to the start of a multifamily project if the rebate is expected to be over $5000. Failure to do this will result in a 25% reduction of the rebate amount.
Please note that Corridor Energy Cooperative does not allow for the installation of Heat Plus Meters in multifamily units.
Rebate
- ENERGY STAR or ENERGY STAR Cold Climate Air-Source Heat Pump (includes Mini-Split units) – $200 per ton; Maximum $10,000 rebate per service address
- ENERGY STAR Ground-Source Heat Pump – $250 per ton; Maximum $15,000 rebate per service address
- ENERGY STAR Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heater- $600 per unit; Maximum $10,000 rebate per service address
- HVI certified ERV or HRV – $300 per unit; Maximum $4,000 rebate per service address
- ENERGY STAR Heat Pump Clothes Dryer – $150 per unit; Maximum $4,000 rebate per service address
- EV Level II Charger – $500 per unit; Maximum $2,000 rebate per service address

Smart Plugs
Installing Smart Plugs can help you save on your electric usage, especially during the On-Peak rate. They allow items (such as dehumidifiers, portable AC/heater, small appliances, and electronics) to be scheduled to turn on and off at times you set. By scheduling items to turn off between 4pm and 10pm, it will help conserve energy when electricity is the most expensive. This saves you money and helps you and Corridor Energy Cooperative beat the peak.
Rebate
- Offer is $10 per smart plug, rebate cannot exceed more than 50% of the total cost. (Example: if the individual smart plug purchased is $12, then the rebate amount would be $6. If the smart plug comes in a 4-pack for $25 and all smart plug are being utilized, the rebate would be $12.50).
- Maximum amount rebated is $40 per account.
- Bill credit will be applied for all rebates less than $500.00.
- Controls for lighting only/dimmers are not eligible for a rebate.
