Reporting Outages
Member calls, texts, or SmartHub outage reports help us confirm the location and verify our outage management system’s predictions.
CALL
To report an outage, call our toll-free outage number at 1-888-271-6250, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
This line connects you directly to our outage call center, where reports are received and crews are dispatched as needed.
TEXT
To report by text, enroll in text notifications, then text OUTAGE to 55050. Receiving outage and restoration text notifications may be delayed by approximately 10 to 15 minutes while our outage system verifies meter status.
Please note: Your mobile number must be on file for text messaging to work.
SMARTHUB
