SmartHub

𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗦: 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗛𝘂𝗯 𝗔𝗽𝗽 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱

As part of our upcoming payment processing upgrade, SmartHub mobile users will need to update their app to version 26.3 to continue making payments through SmartHub.

✅ Android users will be prompted to update the app through the Google Play Store when they open SmartHub.

✅ iPhone/iPad (iOS) users will see a message on the SmartHub Home screen indicating an update is required. Until the update is completed, mobile payments will be unavailable.

You may also notice a refreshed look on the card payment screens in both SmartHub web and mobile. While the appearance is changing, the payment fields and information you enter will remain the same.

Manage Notifications

Get billing notifications delivered straight to your phone or email. Enroll in just a few steps.

Set Up Notifications

  • Go to the Settings menu
  • Click Manage Notifications
  • Click the arrow next to a notification category to expand it and see the specific alerts
  • Click Options to the right of an alert to customize its settings
  • In the Select Contacts window, check the box next to the contacts you want to receive the notification
  • To stop receiving a notification, uncheck the box next to it.

Add & Verify Contact Information

  • Log in to your SmartHub account and click Settings in the menu
  • Click Contact Methods
  • Click Add Email or Add Phone
  • For phone, check the box to Receive Text Messages if desired
  • Return to SmartHub, find the pending contact, and enter the verification code that was sent to your email or phone to complete the process

Through detailed graphs on our SmartHub app, you can monitor your daily consumption 24/7 and see how it is trending over time. You can even download your data into a spreadsheet file with the easy green button feature.

After downloading the SmartHub app, select Corridor Energy Cooperative as your electric provider and use the same username and password that you use from your desktop computer or create an account.
